Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Lead times vary depending on product type and availability. In case of delays or changes, we will do our best to keep you informed. Custom orders may take longer and are non-refundable once production begins.

Shipping is available across all over India and is charged as applicable. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any visible damage or issue, report it within 48 hours with photos and details. We will assess the concern.

Returns and cancellations are not accepted. Made-to-order and custom pieces are generally non-returnable.
